“Wheresoever you go, go with all your heart.” - Confucius.

A wedding is a beautiful milestone that marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter between you and your partner.

Booking live music is a completely new thing for most, so here is a helpful guide to everything you need to know after hiring us!

How does the set list work?

During your initial enquiry (which includes a free consultation), we will discuss:

  • The music artists/genres & decades that you and your fiancé/e enjoy.

  • Your wedding theme (if there is one)

  • The ages of your guests

  • The atmosphere/vibe you’re going for.

  • If you have a special song that’s not in my repertoire that you’d like us to do.

I will then use my years of expertise to create an adaptable set list, that will compliment every part of your special day from my repertoire list. (which is ever-growing!)

By letting me take care of the music, it creates one less thing for you to worry about! :-D I’ll handle every detail of your setlist with care, so you can enjoy a smooth, stress-free planning process, and focus on all the other exciting parts of bringing your wedding vision to life!

How do we book?

To save the date with us, we require a 50% deposit along with a signed contract (to protect both you and I). The other 50% will be due 4 weeks before your special day.

Something to take note of:

• For live music sets longer than 2 hours food will need to be provided on the day.

• Soft drinks are to be provided in all packages.

2 Months Before Your Special Day

To ensure that your special day runs as smoothly as possible, I will get in touch with your venue and yourselves around 2 months in advance.

This can be via email or phone (whichever you prefer), and means that I can confirm the wedding schedule to perfectly plan our performance cues to flow seamlessly with your day i.e:

      -     Your grand entrance

  • When you are first announced as newlyweds

  • When the time comes for your first dance (etc!)

Something to take note of is that we will need to take short 15 -30 minute breaks in between sets for vocal rest so that we can continue to deliver a high quality performance. We will plan this into the day to minimise interruption.

I will also be co-ordinating closely with the venue to ensure that they are equipped with everything we need to be able to perform, such as load in point, area of performance, when to be quiet around speeches etc so we are all ‘singing from the same hymn sheet’! :)

By knowing this information in advance we can then ensure that any additional equipment is brought with us so that there is nothing that can interrupt the festivities or prevent us from performing to a high standard.

At this time, if for any reason there needs to be an adjustment to the set list i.e. if you have chosen a new song for your first dance that is not in my repertoire, then you must let me know immediately. This will ensure that myself and the musicians have adequate time to practice and perfect it for you. Any last minute song changes cannot be guaranteed if requested less than 4 weeks before the performance date.

4 Weeks Before Your Special Day

As mentioned, 4 weeks before your wedding date I will get back in touch with you to check in. If payment has not already been received prior I will send over the invoice for the remaining 50% balance.

If you are having us play background music over our P.A in-between/after our Live Music sets, this is the point to share your spotify playlist link with us so I can download it in advance! You can either have one of our generic Spotify playlists in the background, or create your own!

The Big Day!

Congratulations, it's your wedding day!

And guess what?... Everything is taken care of! All you need to do is savour this special moment together in front of all your family and friends.

While you are getting ready, we will be arriving and co-ordinating with the venue and wedding planner (if you have one) to get ourselves independentantly set-up and ready to perform. Because of all our detailed planning in the previous months, our performance will run like clockwork, perfectly matching the flow of the day and the overall vibe of the room.

The End Of Our Performance

Once we have finished our performance we will come and say our goodbyes to you both after packing our equipment away. If you have a postbox as part of your decor, we will leave a card in it from us thanking you for including us in your special day!

After Your Wedding

We are always so honoured to perform for your special day and be part of a memory that will last a lifetime! We are also so very proud of our 5 star reviews across the board and we would LOVE if you could add to it with your review! (If you were thinking of leaving a review that is less than 5 stars please speak to us in advance as hopefully we can solve any issues together!)

I know after the wedding is perhaps just as hectic as the original planning with the honeymoon, thank yous’ to do etc! However we would be forever grateful if you could share with us any photos or videos taken of our performance by guests or your photographer that we can use for our social media accounts too!

And as always, we wish you a lifetime of happiness and will forever be grateful you chose us as part of your story! x
